Have a Holy Joly Christmas Novies

Hi Novies. Merry Christmas! How has your holiday been so far? Did you try any of the activities we suggested in our previous post?  What surprise treat did you find in the last box of your advent calendar? Or maybe you had fun decorating icing cookies or testing out our brownie recipe?

As the year comes to a close, it’s been a busy time for us at Nov Patisserie, wrapping up 2024 and gearing up for an exciting 2025. We’ve been working hard to create a special new collection for Tet holiday, and we can’t wait to share it with you—stay tuned!

During the holiday, one of our favorite activities was playing the “Mình” cards by So Much Closer (we’re definitely not sponsored, we just love them!). Each of us picked a card and answered thought-provoking questions about emotions, memories, and how we see the world. It was a great way for us to reflect on the year and become closer as a team.

Of course, no holiday celebration is complete without Secret Santa! Can you guess what gifts we exchanged? They were all kitchen-related, ahahaha! Some of us got new hand mixer while others got ice cream maker, Dutch oven pot for making bread, and immersion blender.

To end the night, we gathered to watch The Grinch (classic, right?) while enjoying our caramel hot chocolate bombs dunked in warm milk. Taking each sip of the velvety hot chocolate while immersing in the nostalgia and whimsy of the movie was a pure joy and comfort.

It was a simple yet heartwarming Christmas for us, filled with laughter, and gratitude. As we look ahead to 2025, we’re so excited for all the adventures to come and to continue sharing them with you, our Novies.
